We're a vibrant and growing retail shop located in Lucky Plaza, Singapore, and we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Shop Sales Associate to join our friendly team.

What you'll do:

* Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

* Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.

* Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

* Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and merchandising products.

* Handle inventory and assist with deliveries when needed.

* Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a tidy shop.

What we're looking for:

* A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A passion for customer service and retail.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

* Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person!
