Summary
We are looking for a Sales Administrator for FDH Hardware Divisionto provide support and assistance to the Sales Manager. This role will collaborate with operations, purchasing, quality, and finance teams as needed and will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. The Sales Administrator is responsible for sales coverage and market development for all FDH products within their account portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Understand and embody FDH's philosophy, values, and vision in all behaviors, practices, and decisions.
• Communicate directly with customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate, and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain and develop new and existing FDH customer relationships through professional and effective sales methods.
• Manage assigned customers' back orders and follow up throughout the entire supply chain process, liaising with purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend and/or participate in internal/external customer meetings and sales/marketing events.
• Perform accurate data entry, including sales orders, sales quotes, vendor quotes, and other documentation.
• Travel as required.
Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma, preferably in Aerospace, Aeronautics, or Aviation.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in sales and customer service, ideally in a B2B aerospace environment.
• Strong customer service skills and confidence in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to perform in-depth account research when needed.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using integrated data systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and intermediate to advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (e.g., spreadsheets, formulas, data import/export).
• Awareness of health and safety legislation and practices.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
