Project Manager - M&E - Perm Role

• Basic: $4,500 - $6,000
• Working Hours: 6 Days (Alt Sat off) | 845am- 6pm
• Transport allowance $800 (with own car)
• Phone allowance $100 entitled
• Location: On-site

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil & Structural Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and technical instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented approach.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management, coordination, execution, and completion of assigned projects.
• Assemble and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports detailing project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Manage project changes and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts within the project team.
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, and project documentation as required.
• Determine reporting frequency, analyze data, and address problem areas as needed.
• Attend site meetings with main contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
• Track and follow up on construction progress and project claims.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate with site staff, supervisors, foremen, and suppliers.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
