Job Description

• Develop and implement tax policies, processes, and governance frameworks for the Group
• Manage end-to-end tax matters, including direct tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing across various entities
• Handle tax audits, disputes, and liaise with tax authorities as required
• Provide tax advisory support to business units and lead tax planning initiatives
• Drive Group readiness for evolving tax regulations, including compliance with OECD BEPS Pillar 2 requirements
• Partner closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams to offer proactive tax advice
• Lead and develop a team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive tax experience
• Strong technical expertise in corporate tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication abilities
