Office and Program Coordinator

PROJECT SMILE LIMITED
Why This Matters
At Project SMILE, we believe that everyone deserves dignity, purpose, and connection-especially women from low-income backgrounds and those over 50. As a trusted, volunteer-led nonprofit with IPC status, we've empowered over 300 women and their families through emotional support, skills development, and community engagement.
We're now growing into our next chapter-expanding our reach, deepening our programmes, and strengthening our team. As our Office and Programme Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us scale our impact while keeping our operations smooth and people-centered.
This is more than just a job. It's an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a cause that changes lives. If you have a "giving back" mindset, thrive in dynamic environments, and care about social purpose-you'll feel right at home here.
