The Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and support the entire sales process to achieve revenue targets. The role combines customer service, product expertise, and sales skills to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with new and existing customers to understand their requirements.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain product or service features and benefits.
• Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people find the right solution.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and mandarin
