Our client is a US MNC global leader in designing and delivering energy control solutions

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates customer warranty issues by periods and/or root cause
• Reviews and maintains item status in WISE
• Manages inventory or overhaul/repair units
• Creates and tracks work orders
• Arrange parts inspection and bench test witness inspection with customers, when required
• Communicates with CSRs about tracking of delivering dates
• Provides data of parts to be replaced
• Creates detailed repair reports, including photographs, and test reports
• Assign jobs to engineers and technicians for the jobs on hand
• Good communication skill and proficient with Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) applications on computer

Requirements:

• Able to understand and learn / pick up things fast
• Good communication and planning skill
• Very familiar in usage of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, pdf
• Willing to learn and ask questions regularly when in doubt
