Work Schedule: Full-time, 6-day work week

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Grooming & Detailing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and enhancing the appearance of our clients' vehicles-both inside and out-ensuring each vehicle meets our premium quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, polishing, waxing, engine bay cleaning, and application of coatings.
• Conduct interior detailing such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, leather treatment, and window cleaning.
• Apply protective treatments to both exterior and interior surfaces.
• Inspect vehicles post-service to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks.
• Manage and maintain cleaning tools, products, and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company guidelines.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years Prior experience in car detailing or automotive grooming
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
