• Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Mechanical)
• Working Location: New Tech Park & Techlink
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), Alternate Saturday

• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, including chilled water piping, fan coil units, and CRAH units, as well as perform system testing and commissioning.
• Install control wiring and main power cables for HVAC and ventilation-related equipment.
• Conduct routine internal inspections-daily, weekly, and monthly and perform generator tests.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on data centre HVAC and ventilation systems, including cooling towers, pumps, CRAH units, fan walls, FCUs, condensers, and MV fans.
• Carry out component cleaning, lubrication of fans, bearings, motors, and pumps, and perform alignment and vibration inspections.
• Respond to BMS alarms and support operational technicians in alarm resolution and system resets.
• Maintain up-to-date asset lists, procedures, inspection records, and capacity reports; prepare annual/monthly maintenance schedules and facilities documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum ITE in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical ventilation, or related building maintenance roles.
• Hands-on skills with installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in critical environments (e.g. Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semi-conductor plant) is an added advantage.
