We are a boutique architectural practice with interest in design that transcends scale and program; premised on people-centric experiences which are conveyed cognitively and sensorially in our approach to the possibilities of environments. You will be part of a small group of individuals who focus on finding appropriate methodologies for design thinking, climate and materiality, to facilitate good design and space making.

Position:

We are looking for an Architectural Executive who will take on 3D BIM (Archicad) modelling and rendering duties, and the preparation of presentation material for their assigned portfolio(s). Relevant work experience in design, exposure to project management, authority compliance requirements and submissions within the architectural industry would make you an ideal candidate.

Requirements:

• Singapore citizen or Singaporean PR.

• Strong communication skills.

• 2D and 3D BIM (Archicad) modelling and rendering skills.

• 2D drafting (Autocad) skills.

• An ability to think out of the box, experiment, and test ideas.

• An interest in materiality and construction tectonics, testing and use of new products.

• A strong team player who takes pride in good work and is comfortable working independently at the same time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architecture
