We are looking for a skilled, compassionate clinical therapist to join our healing team at PainFix.

You will be working closely with clients experiencing chronic pain, stress, and postural imbalance, using Thai bodywork and structural therapy techniques. PainFix is known for providing real results without rushing, with a reputation for deeply attuned care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on therapy including Thai clinical massage, structural bodywork, or related modalities
• Assess pain and tension areas, track improvements, and follow therapy plans
• Ensure clients feel emotionally safe and physically supported throughout the session
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the therapy space
• Support team flow during clinic hours

Work Schedule:

• Part-time or full-time options available
• Must be able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
• Weekday shifts available; flexible scheduling can be discussed

Requirements:

• Background in Thai therapy, sports massage, physiotherapy, or bodywork
• Preferably 1-2 years of hands-on experience (training can be provided if foundation is solid)
• Able to commit to minimum 3 working days/week, including weekends
• Team-oriented, emotionally mature, and able to handle clients professionally
• Open to learning the PainFix Method and philosophy
