An Anytime Fitness membership consultant has a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Promote gym memberships in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are!

Requirements

• Enjoys sales and marketing
• A people-person who connects naturally with others and genuinely care
• A self-starter who is pro-active, determined to succeed and target-drive
• A team player
• Loves health and fitness but experience in the fitness industry is not essential
• Ensures integrity and honesty in all dealings

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales targets
• Manage and generate sales leads and conduct club tours
• Club promotional marketing mainly via social media
• Work with the team to provide top-notch customer service
• Help make each member's experience exceptional and build long-lasting member relations
• Assist club manager in the day-to-day operations of the gym
