️ Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the HPC domain.
    Understand client needs and communicate technical solutions effectively.
  2. Service Delivery Oversight:
    Manage the delivery of technical services related to HPC clusters.
    Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  3. ‍ Team Management:
    Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals specializing in HPC.
    Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team resources and support.
  4. ✅ Quality Assurance:
    Implement processes to ensure HPC services meet agreed-upon standards and client requirements.
    Maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  5. ⚙️ Problem Resolution:
    Identify and resolve technical, operational, or interpersonal issues during service delivery.
    Address client needs promptly and effectively.
  6. Performance Monitoring:
    Track key metrics related to HPC service performance.
    Identify areas for improvement and optimize delivery processes.
  7. ⚠️ Risk Management:
    Assess and mitigate risks associated with HPC service delivery.
    Proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation measures.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness in service delivery.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the HPC domain.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience:
    Proven experience in the HPC domain with a strong understanding of architectures, technologies, and best practices.
    Previous experience in a technical service delivery management role with successful team and client service delivery.
  • ️ Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills:
    Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
    Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities:
    Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • ️ Technical Knowledge:
    Familiarity with HPC architectures and technologies.
    Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Certifications:
    ITIL Foundation or higher (required).
    Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Nvidia CUDA Developer) are a plus.
