Marketing Executive ( Junior //Training Provided)

Working Days: Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Alt Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Working Location: Pandan Loop (West)
Salary: $ 3,000 - $ 3,500

Job Summary:

To assist Senior Marketing and Sales Executive on daily marketing and event sales

Responsibilities:

• Marketing (digital marketing, create, design and prepare publicity materials for events and site)
• Manage commercial enquiry email account, bookings, adhoc and public feedback
• Sales (conducting sales and engaging customers online/offline)
• Work closely with Facilities and Operation Team
• Social media (content operation)
• Event Management
• Prepare monthly reports by collecting, analysing data and trends
• Assist in preparation of proposals; presenting; managing work in progress meetings and close monitoring of timeline.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
