Assistant Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of outlet to the highest standard
• Handle cashiering duties, which include and not limited to large bulk orders, online and third party orders
• Perform inventory and ordering duties
• Manage and coordinate between delivery partners, external vendors, and online orders
• Assist with weekly scheduling and mentor team members in customer service excellence and operational duties
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for guests.
• Ensure that the team follows safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Energetic, good team player and service orientated.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills.
