• Ensure holistic care for geriatric health, comfort, and security
• Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs
• Plan and implement meaningful activities for senior residents
• Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming
• Collaborate with caregivers and volunteers in geriatric care best practices

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore working experience in geriatric care
• Healthcare-related related certificate
• Rotation shift: 6 day work week
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a passionate disposition to care for elderly
