Job Scope:
Kitchen Assistant ($1900 - $2100)
- Assist with food prep, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes, and sanitize tools.
- Help chefs with basic cooking tasks and dish assembly.
- Manage inventory, stock ingredients, and receive deliveries.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in kitchen setup and breakdown.
Chef ($3000 - $3500)
- Design authentic Korean menus and develop new dishes, including main courses, side dishes (banchan), and sauces.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Korean dishes, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in Korean culinary techniques; manage ingredient inventory and procurement.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and ensure all dishes meet food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle special requests, gather feedback, and adjust dishes based on customer preferences or dietary needs.
Requirements:
