Role

Responsible for the overall day to day people operations strategic projects.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

• Business Partnering: Provide hands-on, end-to-end strategic and tactical HR support to people leaders, employees, and regional business functions - acting both as an employee advocate and trusted advisor to leadership. This role requires someone who is not only comfortable with big-picture thinking and strategic partnering, but also willing to roll up their sleeves to manage day-to-day transactional work that comes with supporting a regional footprint across Singapore, Vietnam, Dubai and USA

• Operations: Provide full range of HR operations, including managing employment contracts, benefits administration, and payroll

• Performance Management: Drive a performance culture through performance planning and review processes

• Talent Management: Support the talent acquisition agenda and help build a winning team

• Policies and Procedures: Content creation and maintenance for HR playbooks/manual, business/operational plans, as needed

• Assist with any other tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:

• Bachelor's degree in business/human resources/business analytics, with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience

• Results oriented, meticulous and unfazed by exacting standards and high requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Polished, well-presented and emotionally intelligent

• Good relationship management skills

• Strong sense of urgency and prioritisation

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, matrixed and dynamic environment

• Numerate and attuned to the business. Prior experience in management consultancy or a middle-office function will be a plus

Administrative Details

Start date: Immediate

Compensation: Competitive base salary; discretionary bonus

Benefits: Medical insurance; 21 days annual leave

Education: University Degree with good grades/class of honours

Experience: Minimum 8 years of HR operations experience is preferred

Languages: Excellent command of English

Supervisory: Not applicable

Reporting: Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources

Travel: Based in Singapore, minimum travel required
