The ideal candidate is passionate about scalp care, hair health, and therapeutic head treatments with a strong understanding of client service and well-being. The location of the head spa will be in Tiong Bahru estate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough scalp and hair treatment for clients
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in treatment rooms and with equipment
• Scheduling of customer appointments
• Provide therapeutic head and neck massages to relieve stress and improve circulation
• Educate clients on proper hair/scalp care, treatment plans, and aftercare routines
• Build long-term client relationships through professional service and follow-up
