Job Summary:

We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Driver cum Assistant to Field Technician to support our daily operations in Singapore. The role involves safe transportation of technicians and tools to customer locations, and assisting technicians with installation, servicing, and repair of home appliances across residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicle to transport field technicians, tools, and appliances across Singapore.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, and handling of appliances and service equipment.
• Support field technicians during on-site installation and servicing of appliances.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
• Follow daily job schedules, routes, and time slots provided by the operations team.
• Assist with minor manual tasks such as unpacking appliances, lifting units, and preparing installation tools.
• Ensure timely reporting of any road incidents, delivery delays, or vehicle issues.
• Uphold customer service standards and represent the company professionally on-site.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Singapore driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years' driving experience in Singapore.
• Basic understanding of appliance handling preferred.
• Physically fit and able to carry/lift heavy items.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and use of GPS.
• Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
• Able to speak basic English for communication with clients and team.
• Reside in Jourand East side

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience assisting in appliance delivery or technical service roles.
• WSQ certification or bizSAFE knowledge is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: SGD 2000 to 3000 based on experience.
• Overtime allowance and incentives based on performance.
