Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment. The selected candidate will be actively involved in cold calling, lead generation, and supporting overall sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
• Assist the sales team in research and client outreach
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
• Support business development initiatives as needed

Eligibility Criteria

• Recently completed B.Tech (Computer Science or related field) and MBA in Marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
