Job Description

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices. Understand the technical complexities of infrastructure projects and facilitate technical discussions.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, including senior management. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately when necessary.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors. Ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet project timelines.
• Change Management and Quality Assurance
• Documentation and Continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years or more of relevant experience in managing technical infrastructure projects, including experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Microsoft services, networking, and/or data center technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies.
• Good project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile certifications).

Technical Acumen

• Cloud (AWS / Azure) - Understand core compute, storage, networking; landing-zone governance & IAM; basic IaC (Terraform/Bicep); HA/DR patterns; cost-control tagging.
• Microsoft Services - Working knowledge of M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange), Entra ID/SSO, Defender + Sentinel security, and Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines.
• Networking - Solid grasp of subnetting, routing, load-balancing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and standard monitoring/telemetry methods.
• Data-Center & Virtualization - Familiar with VMware/Hyper-V stacks, hyper-converged gear, rack/power basics, and backup/DR tools (e.g., Veeam, Zerto).
