Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic account plans to drive growth, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with clients' operational and financial objectives.
  • Develop and deploy customized staffing solutions, addressing client workforce needs through contract staffing, permanent placements, or managed services.
  • Lead and finalize contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service level agreements, to achieve mutually advantageous outcomes.
  • Track and enhance account performance by monitoring key metrics such as client satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (recruitment, operations, finance) to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or business development roles, with a proven track record in strategic account management or business development within IT, Healthcare, or Banking services.
  • Strong foundation in workforce dynamics, relationship building, and strategic planning, with demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts.
  • Proven financial acumen for budget management, pricing strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional client-centric approach with a proven ability to understand and anticipate client needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Strong market adaptability with the ability to navigate and thrive in dynamic industries, staying ahead of market trends and leveraging insights to identify new business opportunities.
