A degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage.

Experience in the related field. Experience in managing a team of production operators and technicians.

To plan and coordinate production processes daily to meet the delivery schedule.

Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control.

Prevent to occurrence of any production shortfall concerning the delivery schedule.

Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.

Analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues and process improvement.

Maintain and manage staff training records as well as conduct training needs analysis and survey.

Manage, motivate, and supervise work crew to ensure daily production targets are achieved.

Manage and inspect production processes and equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order, and ensure staff handling.

Develop ways to improve sales and profit by improving products and processes.
