- At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel and ACCPAC accounting software
- Billing of inter-company expenses
- Preparing of monthly Profit/Loss & Balance Sheet
- Updating of monthly schedules (P&L & Balance Sheet)
- Updating of fixed asset record
- To ensure that cost report (F&B & general inventories) are in order and purchases for the month tally with AP and petty cash purchases
- To ensure all payment vouchers and receipts (cashbook) for the month are properly taken up before posting to GL
- To check the bank reconciliation statement against bank statement
- To pass monthly journal entries
- To check through petty cash reimbursement and key-in to the system
- Responsible with good working attitude and able to meet deadline
- Able to mutlitask
