  • GCE "O"/LCCI
  • At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel and ACCPAC accounting software
  • Billing of inter-company expenses
  • Preparing of monthly Profit/Loss & Balance Sheet
  • Updating of monthly schedules (P&L & Balance Sheet)
  • Updating of fixed asset record
  • To ensure that cost report (F&B & general inventories) are in order and purchases for the month tally with AP and petty cash purchases
  • To ensure all payment vouchers and receipts (cashbook) for the month are properly taken up before posting to GL
  • To check the bank reconciliation statement against bank statement
  • To pass monthly journal entries
  • To check through petty cash reimbursement and key-in to the system
  • Responsible with good working attitude and able to meet deadline
  • Able to mutlitask
