Job Description

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of medical bills to be issued to patients and third-party payers
• Perform data entry and submission of patient claims to CPF for bill settlement, and follow up on claims returned by CPF Board
• Escalate issues or discrepancies encountered during billing or claims processing to relevant stakeholders promptly
• Support the team in other ad hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned, contributing to overall billing and administrative efficiency

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
