As Assistant Manager, Human Resources, you will work closely with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders, gaining exposure across strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, learning & development, and business partnering. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an HR business partner to assigned departments, supporting talent needs, employee relations, and organisational effectiveness.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support and implement HR initiatives, including performance management, training & development, and succession planning.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR systems, analytics, and internal processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with payroll and administration teams on HR operations matters.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a retail or real estate environment.
- Strong understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and build trust across all levels.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and data-driven HR reporting.
- Proactive, people-centric, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
