Qualifications
Job responsibilities
- Apply expertise across all the aspects of administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
- Provide leadership and serve as a role model to other Administrative Business Partners across the region.
- Establish partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization. Be decisive in complex and time sensitive situations.
- Understand the business and their people needs, identify process or operational improvements.
- Exhibit integrity in maintaining confidentiality. Serve as an expert of internal systems and policies.
Minimum qualifications
- 5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications
- 8 years of experience working in executive support.
- Experience in calendar management over international time-zones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment along with collaboration and communication skills across a varied range of people and job functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently along with project management skills.
