What You'll Be Doing

Daily Operations

• Keep the dispensary running smoothly by ensuring medication stock is regularlytopped up.
• Accurately pack and dispense prescriptions in line with clinical standards.
• Counsel patients clearly and confidently, following Good Dispensing Guidelines.
• Recognise basic drug regimens and flag any potential interactions to pharmacists orprescribers.
• Provide friendly, professional support to patients and handle any concerns or querieswith care.
• Offer specialised counselling to help patients get the most out of their medications.

Pharmacy Environment & Equipment

• Conduct routine checks on equipment like refrigerators, weighing machines, andcomputers.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and well-organised, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Replenish consumables at the counters to support daily operations.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and restock medications, supplies, and informational materials.
• Check expiry dates and ensure all pharmacy items are in good condition.

Automation & Technology

• Support the medication repackaging process and carry out quality checks.
• Keep a close eye on automated stock levels and flag any equipment issues tosupervisors.

Team Support & Training

• Guide and mentor new hires, helping them understand workflows and processes.
• Be an active part of the team, sharing knowledge and supporting a collaborativework culture.

Security & Safety

• Maintain the security of medications, confidential information, and the pharmacyspace.
• Follow standard operating procedures to prevent security risks.

Quality & Improvement

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Suggest ideas to improve workflows and enhance patient care delivery.

Other Duties

• Support the team by taking on other tasks assigned by your supervisor as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma holders in Pharmaceutical Sciences, graduates of the Certified PharmacyTechnician Course, or foreign-trained pharmacists with relevant experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
