Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production of 3D assets, including characters, environments, and VFX within Unity.
• Maintain art quality and ensure consistency in style.
• Define production pipelines and standards for the art team.
• Oversee outsourced assets and perform quality control.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in 3D art with experience on at least 2 game projects (1 full cycle as lead artist).
• Proficiency in Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, Unity.
• Strong in asset optimization, shading, lighting, and pipeline.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
