Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Project Master Data Creation & Maintenance:

• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner upon request from stakeholders and in accordance with SOPs.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents provided by stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in master data or documentation.
• Perform closing and re-opening of project codes timely as required to facilitate operations.
• Perform checks on master data, flagging exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure projects/grants documentation (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals) are well organized and maintained.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Management Reporting:

• Prepare monthly management reports to management and supporting entities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
• Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required.
