- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms for vessels under full management as outlined in the respective management agreements.
- Ensuring that every Technical Superintendent is familiar with the management agreement for vessels under their supervision.
- Overseeing the accurate and timely preparation of quarterly account reports from both the full management Accounts Groups and the Technical Department.
- Monitoring and controlling vessel budgets in close collaboration with the Technical Fleet Manager and respective Technical Superintendent.
- Maintaining constant communication channels with Owners.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the Company's Management System.
- Effectively implementing the Company's Management System.
- Contributing to the development or modification of procedures.
- Supporting efforts for continual improvement and executing special tasks and projects as directed by the Directors.
- Collaborating with Technical Fleet Managers and Technical Superintendents to prepare budget proposals.
- Presenting budget proposals to Top Management for approval before sending them to vessel owners.
- Ensuring timely submission of budget proposals to vessel owners at the end of each calendar year, with follow-up on relevant issues until the new budget is agreed and approved.
- Monitoring financial exposure on each client and promptly notifying Top Management when such exposure becomes significant.
Requirements:
- Posses a Degree in a related field.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a managerial role.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and communication skills.
- Possess strong leadership, as well as the ability to collaborate within a team.
