We are looking for someone energetic, curious and interested to learn about marketing, key accounts management and business development. The individual should also be proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. Someone who is independent but also able to collaborate in a team environment. You will report directly to program senior manager and you will play a key role in assisting in growing our Chinese services group (CSG) program in Singapore & Southeast Asia.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• \tAssist in the execution of program strategies, including organizing regular team meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

• \tMonitor and report on key wins and emerging opportunities within CSG on a bi-weekly basis.

• \tSupport the rollout of new initiatives and the management of priority accounts across the technology, energy, and financial services sectors, including preparing monthly insights and updates across multiple service lines.

• \tConduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support foreign direct investment (FDI) activities by Chinese investors in SEA.

• \tCoordinate internal and external events, webinars, and stakeholder engagements to enhance client relationships and strengthen market eminence.

• \tDraft newsletters, thought leadership articles, and reports for digital distribution to clients and stakeholders.

• \tProvide support in client meetings and integrate service offerings to support new business opportunities development.

Requirements

• \tInterest in the field of marketing, accounts management and business development for Chinese investors

• \tWritten and spoken proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• \tStrong communications skills: excellent listening skills and empathy, ability to write clearly and concisely

• \tSelf-starting independent worker

• \tPositive attitude, strong curiosity, creative, driven
