Sales Director

Job Description
(1) In-depth knowledge of Supply Chains, Sales, Operations and Marketing's techniques and best practices.
(2) Set and assess expenses, costs, demand & supply and competition to identify selling prices.
(3) Be the subject matter expert for demand planning and strategic planning for retails operations.
(4) Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
(5) Develop and promote daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives / targets.
(6) Review and analyse the forecast demand vs trends.
(7) Control and improve sales plan accuracy with clear metrics and align operations with SOP.
(8) Researching and tracking industry trends, market, and competitors' activities.
(9) Work closely with Operations and Marketing to meet customers' expectations, needs and goals.
(10) Collaborate with marketing to ensure that the promotions, display, orders and new products' forecasts are align.
Requirments
(1) Minimum diploma in Sales, Marketing or Operations.
(2) Understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective.
(3) Ability to prepare reports, proficient at analysing data, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
(4) Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
(5) Able to manage various projects and work within tight deadlines.
(6) Proven success working in a fast-paced environment.
(7) Possess good business acumen, drive, and self-motivation to succeed.
