Position Summary

We're looking for a talented Videographer to bring our content strategies to life through compelling visual storytelling. You'll work closely with our content strategists to shoot various video formats for F&B clients, from founder stories to street interviews, ensuring each piece captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production (60%)
  • Shoot high-quality video content for multiple F&B clients
  • Execute various content formats including:Founder-led storytelling videos
    Street interviews and vox pops
    Behind-the-scenes content
    Product showcase videos
    Vlogs and day-in-the-life content
    High-quality brand videos
  • Ensure proper lighting, audio, and composition for all shoots
  • Manage on-location shoots at client venues across Singapore

Creative Collaboration (20%)
  • Work with content strategists to understand video briefs and storyboards
  • Provide creative input on visual execution and shot composition
  • Suggest improvements for visual hooks and opening sequences
  • Review footage and provide feedback to editors on cut points and flow
  • Contribute ideas for making content more engaging and platform-specific

Technical & Equipment Management (15%)
  • Maintain and organize video equipment (cameras, lights, audio gear)
  • Stay updated on latest videography techniques and equipment
  • Ensure all footage is properly backed up and organized
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots

Client Interaction (5%)
  • Professional on-site behavior when filming at client locations
  • Direct talent and subjects during shoots
  • Adapt quickly to changing shoot conditions or client requests

Requirements

Essential:
  • Proficiency with professional camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras)
  • Strong understanding of lighting techniques for various environments
  • Experience in both photography and videography
  • Ability to travel to multiple shoot locations daily
  • Physical stamina for full-day shoots
  • Creative eye for compelling visual storytelling
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to last-minute changes

Preferred:
  • 2+ years of videography experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating various video styles (especially social media content)
  • Experience shooting F&B content (food, restaurants, cafes)
  • Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram video best practices
  • Experience with specific formats: storytelling, vlogs, street interviews
  • Basic understanding of video editing (for providing feedback)
  • Own transportation (for equipment and location flexibility)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $3,000 per month
