Are you passionate about plants and ready to grow your career in horticulture? We're seeking a dedicated Horticultural Worker to help cultivate, care for, and prepare high-quality ornamental and aquatic plants for international export.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and maintain ornamental and aquatic plants in nurseries and greenhouses
• Monitor plant health and environmental conditions to meet export standards
• Prepare plants for shipment, including cleaning, packaging, and labeling
• Apply approved pest and disease control methods
• Maintain accurate records of planting schedules, treatments, and export-related documentation
• Support packing and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of plant care and propagation (aquatic and ornamental focus preferred)
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors or in wet/humid environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Experience with plant export or phytosanitary processes is a plus
