Travel E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
• As a Manager, you will formulate and implement e-commerce strategies, evaluate new distribution opportunities, and manage online enquiries sales leads from website and social ads.
• You will work closely with Product Planners, Creatives, Contents and Marketing & Analytics specialists to setup and promote new key products and destinations on digital Omni-Channels.
• You role will also involves managing own Travel Agent's website & CRM, digital marketing and Search and social media campaigns to ensure consistent and effective online engagement with potential and existing customers.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising to increase traffic and sales.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and manage e-commerce partnerships, marketplaces, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or Hospitality or Travel or a similar role.
• knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
