We are looking for a committed academic with specialization in both Accounting and Quantitative Methods to enhance our interdisciplinary business curriculum. The successful candidate must have a strong teaching background and an aptitude for integrating accounting principles with quantitative reasoning and analytics. A minimum of 3 years' teaching experience in these subjects is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative/business field (PhD preferred).
• At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience in both accounting and quantitative methods/statistics.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial/managerial accounting, and quantitative tools used in business analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting standards such as IFRS or GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in accounting and business statistics/quantitative analysis.
• Create course materials, case studies, and assessments that integrate accounting data and statistical tools.
• Support students in research and industry-based projects.
• Contribute to course development, assurance of learning (AoL), and accreditation processes.
• Maintain an active academic profile through research or applied consultancy.

Desirable Competencies:

• Practical knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience teaching data visualization or analytics in accounting contexts (e.g., using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Familiarity with audit, taxation, or forensic accounting principles.
• Demonstrated ability to align teaching with professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• Comfortable working across disciplines in business education.
