Sales Promoter (Field-based) - La Pure Pte Ltd

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular in-person visits to beauty salons, hair salons, spas, and wellness retailers across Singapore to introduce and promote La Pure's skincare product line.
• Build strong relationships with shop owners, managers, and staff to develop sales opportunities and gather market insights.
• Present product samples and explain unique selling points, benefits, and application methods.
• Follow up with leads and convert interest into orders through persuasive communication and follow-through.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets through proactive outreach and persistent follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability, delivery status, and promotional materials.
• Record visit outcomes and customer feedback accurately for continuous business improvement.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain a positive brand image in all engagements.

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in face-to-face selling and relationship building.
• Previous sales or field experience in beauty, FMCG, or B2B segments preferred but not required.
• Passionate about skincare and beauty industry.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working with performance-based incentives.
• Able to manage time independently and plan efficient field visits.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin-speaking is a plus.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to travel daily for client visits.
