Industry : Defence project

• Work closely with the Customer, Project Manager and Technical Lead as part of project management team for project implementation.
• Lead the integration of System Infrastructure and Application Software teams, to ensure architectural consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate, refine, and implement system architectures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Technical Leads, ensuring compliance, best standards, and alignment to strategic direction.
• Support resource planning such as allocation, role assignments, and skillset alignment across project phases.
• Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring system solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, risks, and bottlenecks during the system development and deployment lifecycle.
• Communicate architecture-related updates to stakeholders, offering solutions to address system issues.

Requirements

• Proven track record in ICT implementation of systems architecture, enterprise infrastructure, and application integration across complex environments.
• Hands-on experience in managing IT systems including infrastructure, application platforms, deployment strategies, and lifecycle governance.
• Leadership experience in managing technical teams and providing guidance to technical leads.
• Prior experience in government projects will be a plus
