Value Recovery Director |

• Duties: IT Asset Disposition (ITAD Space)
• E-Waste IT Consulting Company - Origin From Singapore
• 5 Days, 8.45am to 5.45pm
• HQ at Singapore, Will Station at Japan or Australia
• Annual Salary Range: SGD $200K to $250K

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of proven track record in the ITAD space
2. Ideal candidates must come from these industries: Private Equity & Venture Capital , Restructuring Advisory , Large Conglomerates, T ech & Telecom (With Legacy Systems or Acquired Business Units) or Healthcare or Manufacturing (especially post-merger)
3. Strong understanding of price variations across different sales channels and regions
4. Proficiency in using MS office, CRM software and other sales tool
5. Must willing to work overseas at Japan or Australia, interview is at HQ Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Optimization: Identify ways to recover value from distressed or non-core assets-this could involve restructuring, selling, or repurposing them.
2. Turnaround & Restructuring: Work with struggling business units to improve performance and financial returns.
3. M&A Support: Evaluate and lead divestitures or acquisitions with a value recovery lens.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to uncover hidden value or inefficiencies.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Report to executives, investors, or boards on recovery initiatives and ROI.
6. Responsible for competitive market prices
7. Align sales strategies and teams within the APAC region
8. Align structure between countries to ensure accountability for target pricing
9. Work closely with inbound sales to win tenders, RFQs, and bids
10. Partner with Operations to drive added value to operational outputs
11. Develop additional routes to market by geo / product / channe
12. Share market insights & trends in the market
