Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales):
- Actively seek for new sales opportunities, identify potential projects, promote company services to prospective customers via various channel including social media
- Managing various sales accounts, providing utmost customer service experiences
- Follow up with potential customers closely and managing the gap to secure business opportunities
- Perform presentation to customers. Visit to their company & sites regularly
- Keep track of monthly sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Analyze sales data, market trends, sales growth and customers' feedback for improvement
- Prepares monthly reports, input and insights to management for customers' needs and the competitor activities
Leadership (Management):
- Lead a team of 4-5 members, providing guidance and support to ensure individual met KPI
- Oversee the order processing and ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Provide problem-solving to fellow team members and lead them toward customer service satisfaction
- Prepare & conduct monthly/ad-hoc sales meeting contents
- Attend monthly management meeting and provides updates & status of Sales performances
- Involved in company's welfare activity such as company lunch, bonding events & celebration
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma level with at least 5 years of related working experience
- Preferred applicant with Construction supplies products related field
- Senior Sales Executive with leading a team experiences are welcome to apply as well
- Highly driven, able to motivate follow team members
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings and visiting
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful and possess a pleasant disposition
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal & external personnel
- Applicants must be willing to work in Changi North Crescent
