The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our facility and services meet the needs of our employees and the organization. This role will involve both day-to-day operations, including equipment maintenance, space management, safety compliance, and vendor coordination.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of office facilities, including maintenance, cleaning etc
- Manage building maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate office space allocation and workspace planning.
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead emergency response planning and oversee facility-related risk management.
- Monitor facility usage and implement efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, Building Manager, or similar role.
- Relevant experience 6 - 8 years.
- Knowledge of facility management systems and tools.
- Understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, etc.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
