We are now looking for a Boutique Manager to lead our team through its next exciting chapter - with a strong focus on day-to-day operations, staff hiring and training, and growing the Rentadella experience.

Job Description

As Boutique Manager, you'll be the heart and brain of our store operations - ensuring every customer receives a magical experience, our team is supported and thriving, and the business is operating efficiently and ready for growth.

You'll work closely with the founder to take the reins of the store's day-to-day while helping build a team that reflects our brand's values of style, inclusivity, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily store operations and boutique performance
• Lead, hire, train and nurture a high-performing retail team
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation at all touchpoints
• Support clients during fittings and assist with dress selection and styling
• Handle inventory, dress repairs, steaming, alterations (basic), and returns
• Manage bookings, returns, and order updates via our backend system
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, phone and in-store
• Coordinate visual merchandising and maintain store hygiene/brand standards
• Assist with scheduling, performance tracking, and sales reporting
• Brainstorm ideas to grow the business, improve processes and elevate the customer experience

We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in retail or fashion management (team leadership is a must)
• A people person with strong communication and leadership skills
• Organised, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and making women feel beautiful
• Ability to manage admin, backend systems and daily retail logistics
• Bonus if you can hand sew, take measurements, or speak Mandarin
• Comfortable working Tuesday - Saturday (weekday: 11am-8pm / weekend: 9am-6pm)
