Job Requirements:
- Conduct basic skin analysis and skin consultation
- Promoting the company's services and products to customers
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport with customers
- Maintain a professional, working environment by complying with standard operating procedures
- Achieve sales and other key business targets
- Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints of customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Have a passion in beauty and skin care with customer-oriented mindset is of upmost importance
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays.
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
