Responsibilities
Requirements
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Communicate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Handle in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes, or calls
- Collaborate with technical team in providing customer support
- Work closely with sales teams and technical team to understand customer requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
- Engage new customers via emails and calls to establish new sales pipelines
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service skills
- Technical Support and Communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, team player, committed, meticulous and responsible.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (I.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
- Diploma or ITE in Engineering or related field
