Job Requirements:

• Establish working relationships with key clients and stakeholders and become a trusted advisor who will understand their requirements and challenges.
• Manage client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure profit objectives are met.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle, particularly in growing existing business in the account.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties such as principals, partners, and vendors in sales activities to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring quality delivery of products/ services.
• Provide progress updates to all stakeholders
• Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good client rapport.
• Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy.
• Investigate client's complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and provide corrective measures.
• Present, negotiate and prepare contracts, quotations, etc.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT / Business Marketing / Communication or equivalent discipline
• Preferably with 3 years of sales management for Japanese client related working experience
• Able to speak in Japanese is a must to liaise with Japanese speaking client and HQ
