Job Responsibilities:

• Arranging and issuing the invoice/credit notes/debit notes to the suppliers

• Coordinating with different Traders and Trade Executives on orders processing and providing trade documentation support

• Drafting/preparing and providing administrative support relating to all the Export/Import Documentation and LC Documentation.

• Working closely with Trade Finance officer to provide support with monthly and weekly accounts and trade reports

• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree and above in a relevant discipline

• Knowledge of Trading terms and Busniess Documentations

• Entry level is welcomed, full training provided.

• Positive attitude and ability to coordinate timely and accurately

• Ability to multitask and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• An effective communicator and good in both spoken English and Chinese
