Job Summary:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth restaurant functioning. This role includes assisting with staff supervision, inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining health and safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate the team to deliver a great dining experience while supporting business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
• Hires and trains staff
• Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
• Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
• Manages and maintains stock inventory
• Reports daily sales and other adhoc duties assigned
• Prepare food orders.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Strong interpersonal abilities dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experienced in adhering to food handling, safety, and restaurant compliance requirements.
• Singaporean
• Immediate availability is preferred.
