Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

Scope of Services

Public Address (PA) System

• ‍ Train student volunteers (PA crew) to manage PA systems for assemblies and events.
• ️ Maintain, troubleshoot, and escalate unresolved PA system issues to vendors.

️ Audio-Visual Resources

• Manage AV equipment during major school events.
• ️ Set up AV equipment for events requested by staff and external parties.
• ️ Perform inventory checks and maintain loan records for AV/PA equipment.
• Provide technical advice to HOD (ICT) and assist with AV equipment procurement.
• ♻️ Handle condemnation and disposal of obsolete AV resources.
• Perform maintenance of classroom AV equipment on a termly and half-yearly basis.
• Explore innovative solutions for AV and broadcasting challenges.

Broadcasting (Live/Recorded Events)

• Support live broadcasts for events (e.g., Founder's Day).
• Provide technical assistance for platforms like YouTube Live and Facebook Live.
• Manage and mentor students running live events.

Other Duties

• ️ Support video conferencing tools for staff training and lessons.
• Train teachers and students in AV and broadcasting support.
• ️ Assist in listening comprehension exams.
• ️ Provide printing, laminating, CD duplication, and video recording support.
• Perform minor device repairs (e.g., soldering).
• ✂️ Assist in basic video editing.
• Participate in school events, occasionally on weekends or after hours.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in audio, video, or media production.

️ Skills & Experience

• 1 year of experience with AV equipment.
• 1 year of experience managing broadcast events.
• 1 year of experience in a school-based environment.
